We have to eat to be healthy, but it isnt enough to simply absorb food: the most important thing is to assimilate it properly. And to be able to assimilate food properly, you have to chew it long enough to extract all the elements it contains. Yes, chew it for a long time, and do it consciously. Tell yourself the energy contained in a mouthful of bread is enough to send a one-hundred-carriage train three times around the earth. So, why does the train that is you do only a few miles on one mouthful? Because you have never learned how to extract all the energy this one mouthful contains. And its the same with the sun as with food. Try to learn to hold onto the suns rays by means of your thoughts, for all the while you let them pass you by without doing anything with them, they will remain unused and ineffectual. But if you consciously catch hold of them and concentrate them within yourself, you will open doors to them in your brain, and they will pass through you like a whirl of fire, feeding your spiritual centres. Amber Malek, Healthy Diet Instructor & Kind Organics Partner
Amber has been passionate about the role food plays in emotional and physical health for many years. After learning from her own challenges about what a large impact her food choices have made, the desire to learn more led her on a wonderful journey of self exploration into food and its influence within the body. Amber attended The Institute of Holistic Nutrition as well as experimented with many ways of eating including the Blood Type Diet, Veganism, Vegetarianism, and a Raw Food lifestyle. She also gained a lot of insight about the body and what role food plays by attending The Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida and The Tree of Life in Arizona (both raw food retreats). Through her experimentations with different beliefs about eating Amber has come to fully appreciate that every body is different and feels it is best for each individual to look within for what works for them. Amber now helps others to tune into the wisdom of their bodies and helps them to eat a diet that is truly right for them as individuals. |
