Nutrition: Fuel for Your Body –October 23rd, 2010 3pm-7pm
While not the same as the above workshop, we will both draw on and add to the information given there. Here we will explore the types of food, supplements, emotional healing and spiritual contentedness needed to bring each individual body and soul to it's optimum health at any one time. We will look at how to tune in to the body's needs on all levels and to feed it what it needs to live sustainably in the temple that is this form. You will have an active part in this workshop and much of the content will be specifically geared to the individuals who attend.
